Comradicus: Hello! I'm the creator of the character on the right! Her name's Catherine Calowitz and she's the protagonist in a sci-fi adult series I'm writing! Speaking of writing, I wrote a mini piece to go along with this picture! I don't really know the tos in regards to posting links in comments... So I guess shoot me a PM if you want to read it?

Azrael: That's pretty good, I enjoyed it. I'd cut down on the exclamation marks though. The story is dramatic enough and exciting enough to not need them. And using them at the end of every sentence kind of restricts their effectiveness in my opinion. The events were a lot of fun though, good job.

Comradicus: I'm glad you liked it! And thank you for the advice, I'll try to be a bit more conservative with exclamation points in my other work from now on.

Azrael: My pleasure. I've done some editing work on novels, and with something like exclamation marks less is usually more. Good for punctuating the really dramatic bits, they have more impact if used sparingly. Have faith in your own writing, you are making it exciting already without using a mark to tell the reader 'hey, this is an exciting bit' :)
