patchcoatking: I love it when she occasionally makes eye contact with the viewer. Her mind has been fucked into a thousand broken fragments, but when she sees you she recovers just enough humanity to remember to feel horrified, and to plead--with her eyes if not her voice--for freedom. Not that there's any salvation to be found from this prison, this hell, this...paradise. This is her life now, her eternity.
patchcoatking: @casiopia: The point-of-view nature of this animation makes me think of a scenario where the viewer came to this place to try and rescue our redheaded girl here. After fighting your way through shadows and madness, you find your lost comrade here, in this...state. A state which she is rather disinterested in leaving. She has enough humanity left to recognize you, to call out to you...and to distract you long enough for the beast to strike. You try to resist, but now that you've been taken, how long until you, too, are beyond any hope of rescue?
