The site has grown too large for the current host to handle, but the owners are looking for a solution. They wrote this into the notice at the top of the page too.

MagicalGirlKlutz: Admin posted on the forum that we've gotten too big for our current host server (sooooo many jokes there but for real) and that's causing the issues. Owner of the site is looking into alternatives.
