I already saw pictures here which were really more gore, with corpses and blood, and which are pretty old.
I don't consider it like guro just because there is a corpse.

So even if this is not shown in the picture, a big beefy bodybuilder in tight bulge,legs wide open, who pissed himself because of fear, whose hands are restrained by tentacles, and who was killed with a bullet in the head by the trainer of the pokemon with tentacles. We can clrearly suppose the necro rape purpose. It has all to do with sex and rape.

A simple bodybuilder in bulge with legs wide open and hand tied would even have alot to do with sex.
