Bi0hazard: Actually, I will agree with Wolf-Head, I do see feet. Has to be some sort of amphibian. And the long thing sticking out is a single tail. If you check where the girls hand is, directly above it is a small hand. You'll see a foot above the urinary tract, as well.

Tentakle_Kitty: It's a newt. An octopus's tentacle would be have more of a point and you would be able to see the suction cups on the tentacles. Right?

Lilitu: there arent even any tentacles its just a body curled once ending in tail (the end is obv newt tail its got the little triangle fin) :)
