Linnea: Doesn't happen very often in the game as an ending, that I recall anyway. Most involve transformations gone to far or falling to other creatures or demons.

But there there was one where you can try to get a treasure or sword or something like that, and if you failed you get captured by a plant tentacle pod thing that traps your character, makes her constantly horny and fucks her forever, and you have to start again.

It's... my favourite ending there.

HebiC: It doesn't often lead to a Bad End, but there ARE a lot of tentacle beasts in the game and, in the beginning at least, they are hard to escape from or beat. Meaning you end up trapped in the beast's coils, totally penetrated and helpless until it is finished with you.

There's also potential for tentacle sex with a corrupted plant goddess.
