Archanid: First, make sure you're logged in to Tentaclerape.net. On the left side of the webpage there should be a bar with the top labeled "navigation." Scroll down until you see "image controls." Below full size there should be a "favorite" button. Press it, it should be favorited.

If you're talking about favoriting pictures in the photo app, go to the picture in question, at the bottom edge second icon from the left there should be a heart. Press it to favorite.

But I don't recommend saving NSFW pictures that way. There's an app called "my calculator" which acts like a basic calculator, but you can type in a series of numbers as a password and it opens up into a secret area where you can save phone numbers and pictures. That's what I use.
You can turn off the ads by registering and logging in!
