IMAZOMBIE_358: hah, if im correct, that eyepatch is from the shark guy in the airgear anime, i think his name was akito...but, when the eyepatch was moved to cover a certain eye, depending on which one, he would either turn into a vicious killing machine that had a craving for blood, or a cute femboy with the opposite personality.
