i don't even understand how they determine whether or not the subjects are even children... i know lots of flat-chested, baby-faced girls who are of legal age, and they can prove it with their birth certificates. seeing as a drawing doesn't HAVE a birth certificate, can't the artist just say "she just LOOKS young - she's actually 33!" ...?

I have to say, I sorta think you guys are preaching to the choir (I mean, look at where we are), but at the same time, I agree wholeheartedly. As far as I'm concerned, if you're going to arrest people for drawing inappropriate things, you might as well arrest them for thinking the same. I mean, that's basically what it amounts to. You stop real CP because it hurts people. Art doesn't hurt people.

Biodeamon: that's partially why i just stear clear away from live action porn all together. morals are really messy, and i just really don't feel anything really when it comes to live-action porn to tell the truth except just feeling "dirty" after i watch it and not in a good kind of way...
