d136: after watching a few murder investigation shows i believe the murder was caused by both.
the suspect lured the victim into the area with her body, and aloud the victim to perform a sexual act at which point she trapped his face in an attempt to suffocate him. but as the victim pulls out his weapon in defense, she disarms him and stabs the victim in the chest. and so your honour this slime is guilty for being so sexy... wait that not what this trial was about
TentacleTron2000: OBJECTION!
Judging from the bubble around the mouth, this victim appeared to breathe out. Since when do people breathe out while out of air, mr. D136? Hey, wait, on whose side am I again?
d136: the air bubble was caused by the victim when he ran out of air, he then exhailed the other theory was that he exhailed the last of his air in reaction when the blade was struck into his body.
d136: slime could be causing pressure around the wound creating a seal so she could of left very little evidence. judge i request for a break to ponder this image in more detail
FlareCrimson: It is likely that the sword did not in fact puncture him, for being stabbed would cause one to breath in in the form of a surprised and shocked gasp, not exhale.
Furthermore the victim is grabbing at his throat, an obvious sign of lack of air, leaning the cause of death strongly towards suffocation rather than stab wound.
5FtOfFutaALT: Actually, if you look closely, the beautiful slimegirl is holding the blade in a way that the knight kis NOT wounded. So it is confirmed he died of suffocation. *pushes sunglasses up* NOW, case closed.
