Revenant: Some of this is fairly easy to do without spending months on it. Lighting is everything. The ones with the super girls that you mentioned probably too a lot of time, getting the posing correct and everything, but they don't spend much time getting the lighting right. not to mention the girls have such outrageous proportions that, to me, they look like crap CGI. People have different perceptions of things. The crap ones probably looked fine to the artist. The lighting on this one and the others in the series is good, but the series lacks imagination, IMHO.
