Lord-Tentacle: I just thought of something. Can any girls clarify? What’s the difference between eyeliner and mascara? So is this mascara in the picture or is it eyeliner?
Gemma: Eye liner comes in a few forms most common being a pencil that you basically use to draw a line around your eye. Mascara is applied to your eye-lashes via a funny little brush and makes them look longer. I would say it would be unusual to be wearing one and not the other at the same time.
